Pretty sure different parts of Kinja come from different time zones. If I comment on Lifehacker, the time stamp is three hours behind. But Jalopnik and Oppo match my clock (EST). Maybe LH is on a west coast server or something?
So, notifications are based in... would that be the Budapest office, maybe?
